Andy Jones joins us for a one night only presentation!
Join us on November 15th at 7pm for well-known and beloved actor Andy Jones’ performance of a one-hour version of his acclaimed play Don’t Give Up On Me Dad. Andy completed an Arts and Culture Centre tour of his play in 2024 and will be visiting Cow Head for a ONE NIGHT ONLY presentation!
The play recounts, with humour, insight and courage, the tale of Andy’s son Louis, whose battle with mental and emotional anguish led to his suicide. This play is gentle and quietly powerful and leaves the audience feeling cared for.
The play will be followed by an informal discussion on metal health. Andy and his wife, Mary Lynn will be there to listen and participate. Join us for this powerful and moving presentation by one of Newfoundland and Labrador’s most beloved performers.
