Terms and Conditions 

 

Refunds and Exchanges
TNL has a 48-hour cancellation policy where ticket holders may receive a full refund if they contact our box office 48 hours prior to the performance date. Please note that a cancellation policy is not a common practice for Canadian Theatres, where most tickets are final sale. TNL is happy to provide its customers with a flexible cancellation policy.

Tickets can be exchanged to a different performance or transferred to another person at any time, including within the 48 hour cancellation window. If you are exchanging tickets for an event where the price is higher than your original purchase, then you must pay the outstanding balance when exchanging your ticket. If you are exchanging tickets to an event where the price is lower than your original purchase, then the difference will be refunded to you when exchanging your ticket.

Tickets may be exchanged for a charitable donation at any time, and a charitable tax receipt will be provided to you. Tickets may be transferred to another holder at any time with no penalty.

If you would like to cancel your ticket or request an exchange you must contact our box office directly.

 

Group Booking
Customers booking 10 or more tickets to a single performance receive a 10% discount at checkout on their total purchase. In order to hold a block of 10 seats or more we do require a $100 deposit at the time of booking. Please contact our box office if you wish to reserve a block of tickets for a single performance.

 

Lost Tickets
In the event that your ticket is lost or stolen we will be happy to replace it for you. Please contact our box office to receive a replacement.

 

Contact Information
TNL may use your e-mail address, street address and/or telephone number to contact you about your tickets and to provide you with information and special offers we think you will find to be valuable and important information regarding your ticketed performances. As a ticket holder, you agree to the use of your phone number and email when needed to update you regarding your ticketed performance (by either a real person or automated feature).

 

Event Cancellation
In the event that TNL cancels a performance or event of which you are a ticket holder to then our box office will issue you a full refund.

 

Community Pass
TNL is proud to offer a discount on our season pass to residents of the following communities: Cow Head, St. Paul, Threemile Rock, Parsons Pond, Sally’s Cove, Rocky Harbour, Norris Point, Bellburns, Daniel’s Harbour, and Portland Creek. Community pass holders must provide proof of residence at the time of purchase. Our box office may also ask you to provide proof of residents when redeeming the community pass for individual tickets.

In the event that a community pass holder abuses this system (re-selling discounted tickets, or giving away discounted tickets to non-residents), then TNL retains the right to revoke your community pass or withhold the sale of any future community passes.
